Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.

We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

03. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

04. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 07 business days.
Shipping costs (original or return shipping) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

05. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

06. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at scentsbycasper@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

07. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 of placement.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, in which case our return process applies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scents By Casper shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.
